How long does delivery take within Abuja?
Same day or next day delivery depending on when you order and your location within Abuja. We will confirm your expected delivery window when we contact you to confirm dispatch.
How long does GIG Logistics delivery take?
Typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your city. Lagos and major cities are usually faster. We will give you an estimate when we confirm your shipping fee.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp and call on +234 816 990 9911 and only Whatsapp on +212 609-995793 and we will update your address before sending.
What if I am not home when the rider arrives?
The rider will contact you via the phone number you provided. We recommend making sure you are reachable on that number on your expected delivery day.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Not at this time. We currently deliver within Abuja and across Nigeria only. International shipping is something we are working toward for the future.
Is my area covered within Abuja?
We cover Wuse Zones, Garki, and Gwarinpa at the listed rates. If your area is not listed, contact us on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can reach you and at what rate.
